There is a Gold Mine between your ears……Start Digging

You know so many times I hear when people mention a home based business or a network marketing company they talk about duplication. You must follow a pre determined way of doing things so that anyone else can do the same thing as you.
Well if that is the case, why is it that 97% of all home based businesses fail?

Duplication is the exact reason why they fail. You see, most people join a home based business or network marketing company because they want to become rich. The person who introduced them to the business told them all they have to do is talk to their friends, coworkers and family so that they will see how great the network marketing company is and they will join you and do the same.

Well reality tells us that most people will get their dream stolen within the first 10 people they talk to. You see, when 97% of people are failing the odds are that if you follow the pack you will fail as well. But, have you ever considered the virtual gold mine you have in the form of a brain that is loaded with creative ways to think?

When I coach people in multilevel marketing I tell them they need to have a simple system that people can plug into. But I also tell them that they should think for themselves and use the God given gift of the imagination and brain to help them become successful in their home based business. The best ideas for building a huge network marketing company have not even been thought of yet.

Anyone can do it, we are going to do the work for you, I’ll pay your way into the program are all nice ideas, but can they be duplicated? If anyone can do it then why isn’t everyone doing it? If you are going to do all the work, what do I have to do? If you are going to pay my way in, then who is going to pay for those who join under me?

These questions should be asked when considering those type of hype tactics you see on so many web sites today. Don’t be fooled by the hype and use your head before you take out your credit card. Mine the gold mine between your ears before you dig into your pocket for your hard earned cash.

If you want to be a home business success you must understand that there is work involved. The work starts in your mindset first not with your credit card. Making a decision to work from home requires discipline. You have nobody checking to see if you came to work on time or even if you are doing your work at all.

In network marketing your sponsor is suppose to help you keep your dream alive. Just like with any worthy venture there will be peaks and valleys on the journey to success. Don’t expect your company or your sponsor to think for you. They shouldn’t be calling you to find out if you have been working, believe me they know if you have or not.

As an internet marketing coach and a successful network marketer, I have found that the people who want me to tell them exactly what to do are the ones who loose steam and never really get out of the gate.

There is a gold mine between your ears, start digging your way to a better life by bouncing ideas off of your sponsor. See what has worked for them and how they are building their business. Come up with some ideas of your own and see how your sponsor reacts. If they are good leaders then they will encourage you. If you don’t have a good sponsor or mentor to learn from, do all that you can to go upline to find one.

There are thousands of great people looking to share the knowledge they have learned from a lifetime of digging in their gold mine. Why not introduce yourself to them and start learning how to dig for yourself. Go to your local library to the self help section and introduce yourself to the great masters and let them introduce themselves to you.
