		<description>Jay,

Good post. I would like to add:

Most of the MLM systems work, but it comes down to who is you is your mentor?
What does your mentor do for you and the team?
Who mentors your mentor?
What assistance will they offer you in growing your business? The days where someone joins an organization, plugs into the company's system and gets minimal help...these days are dead and long gone. Yet I still see on a daily basis people trying to talk people into joining this old and out dated system. If an anyone ever tells you to buy generic leads, RUN AWAY fast. These days are dead, yet most people think this is still acceptable.

Find a mentor...someone that has a training system in place to change your mindset as you will never reach true financial freedom without changing your mindset. You must believe your deserve success and you must be willing to learn new systems and techniques and then apply them to others.

Ask the person who is asking you to join their business, "How much time and money do you spend on learning the cutting edge tactics to growing businesses large?" This will give you great insight into their ability to lead teams.

Also look at what systems they have developed to assist you in recruiting your team, not recruiting theirs. A lot can be learned from the person that will tell you that this is your business and you must grow it. This is old school and is not the way new businesses are being built.

All the best and take action today because you and your family deserve a better life.

All the best,
