I’ve been working with the mass traffic network and finding that there are so many other ways to drive quality traffic to a web site besides Google. There are ad networks out there that will serve out your banners and text ads in content rich web sites.
These ad networks charge on a cost per thousand view rate. Some of the biger ad networks are cassell media and advertising.com but there are also other self serve networks like adbright.
You can become a publisher or an advertiser with these networks if you have a decent web site and get paid to have ads served out on your site.
Working with the mass traffic networks can bring much more quality traffic to your offer because instead of people searching for a key word on google, instead they are already at a specific channel like weight loss and they see a banner for a product which could be your offer.
The cost per thousand view is somewhere around 1.75 which gives you more people to look at your offer for less then a google adword campain.

Too often in life, we accept the “good enough” approach to achievement. Often I find that when talking to and dealing with people they are content with the “just enough to make it through the day” attitude. As I talk to others in my network marketing prospecting I find there are very few big thinkers.
Everyone wants to have more money but not many people are willing to do what it takes to be in the excellent part of the scale. They wander through life in the “good enough” part and wonder why they don’t drive a nicer car or take more vacations. When owning a home based business, I find most people will think a few hundred dollars extra a month is “good enough” for them. I think those kinds of people are missing the big picture of what network marketing and owning a home based business can do for them. Just because they join a home business with a network marketing company, it doesn’t mean that they are going to succeed especially when they have the “good enough” mentality. When you make it a habit to be excellent then good enough is now lower then what you normally expect.
When you make it a habit to be excellent in network marketing or a home based business you set yourself apart from others. It doesn’t matter what company you are with what matters is your integrity and your commitment to excellence. What matters is the value you bring to the table regardless of the products your network marketing company provides. When building a team of people to work with in your home based business, do you want people who are good enough or would you prefer to surround yourself with excellence? Successful people in network marketing make it a habit to do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do. This is demonstrated by the high failure rate in network marketing and the lack of home based business success.
As I talk with people, I notice that their limited beliefs are what keep them from moving from just good enough to excellent. Without the right attitude towards network marketing success, you are destine to limited success or ultimate failure and the difference is only in the decisions you make as you grow your home based business. I wonder how many people who want to become successful in network marketing make it a habit to be excellent.
Those people who do make it a habit to be excellent demonstrate ultimate professionalism, willingness to be different and think without limited beliefs. If that were the only thing that separates the winners from the losers then it should be easy for anyone to go from the good enough part of the scale to the excellent part in every aspect of their life not just network marketing. When I look at all of the achievements and failures I’ve made along the way I can’t help but wonder if my “good enough” attitude had something to do with my degree of success.
I make it a habit to be excellent not only in my mind but in my everyday activities. It took me a while to realize that being a leader and being successful in business requires some degree of excellence. We all want to be on a winning team and in order to succeed in network marketing and in home based business you must be willing to separate yourself from the crowd and provide excellence in not only your products but in your service to your organization and others in your company as well.
Network marketers and companies that use the network marketing business model have fell short of the deliverance of excellence that is expected of people who are just starting out in the home based business field. They make it seam that all you have to do is join, spend your money and the income will flow without any effort on your part. If you don’t demand excellence from yourself then how can you expect excellence from others? If you expect all the work to be done for you then how can you become excellent yourself?
In your home based business, you should deliver and expect excellence and constantly be on the look out for others who rank higher on the scale. Sponsor people who make a habit to be excellent and your network marketing home business will be a success.

In today’s busy world we can all appreciate how life just happens to us. Most people live day by day looking for Friday to arrive so they can collect their paycheck and enjoy the weekend. Our ordinary days turn into ordinary weeks and ordinary years for most of us who choose to live our lives in the rat race of the everyday world.
Have you ever considered that by just living in the moment you could change your life from just ordinary to extraordinary? What makes living in the moment so special for me is that I can appreciate my surroundings. I take in all that I am sensing with my eyes, ears and nose. I breath and value each breath and minute that I have no matter what the circumstance.
By living in the moment as I wait for that red light to turn green or the traffic to clear I don’t stress over what I will be doing when I get home or what kind of mood my partner may be in when I get there. I don’t bring the stress of everyday events into my now…into my moment. I’ve learned that when you can master the moment you can mater your reality.
Life has simple rules and should not be complicated by emotional baggage. For many people in network marketing the emotional baggage is something that they refuse to leave at the door. They become emotionally attached to the outcome of their efforts when they are prospecting for customers or people to join their home business. They wonder why others are not just jumping in the boat and coming along for the ride because they are thinking “This is the best network marketing company or home business in the world why doesn’t everyone see it”
I think I have found the answer to that question. Simply put most people are not living in the moment. They are thinking about how can they afford to join or I don’t have time to do it because I work or a thousand other reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with making a decision about changing their life from ordinary to extraordinary.
It is hard to be a leader and most people would prefer to be a follower and live that ordinary life. Leaders on the other hand live extraordinary lives and the truth is there is nothing separating you from living that kind of life except the decision to make it happen. Those decisions are made in the moment not after weeks of conference calls and thousands of time wasting questions.
The quality of your life will be determined by the questions you ask. How can I do more in my home business? How can I enroll more people into my network marketing company are the questions that need to be answered not “Can I get my money back if this doesn’t work out?” The same is true when you are in a network marketing company and are prospecting people to join.
You are most effective when you are in the moment asking questions and listening to your prospect, not feeding them all types of data about your company and products. Ask the right questions to your customers or prospects and understand what they say to you so you can bring them from their world into yours.
Some people spend all of their time preparing to get ready to pick up the phone or writing out things to say and scripts to use and spend countless hours of time managing things that when they are in the moment, have an impact on the outcome. Professional athletes spend countless hours training for the event of their lifetime and all of the training helps them for that one moment of time when they know if their training has paid off.
But what if they never showed up to play or compete? All of the training in the world can’t help them win because they are not there to be in the moment and change from ordinary training to extraordinary living. My dad always told me you can’t catch a fish if your hook is not in the water. Get in the game, put your hook in the water and start living the extraordinary life that being a home business owner and network marketing can afford you.
As a leader you must keep things simple. Most of your prospects live an ordinary life and when you introduce them into network marketing you will help them change from ordinary work a day world to extraordinary challenge faced when you own a home business.

When you are talking to your prospects about your home based business, are you talking to them or listening to them? After the Introduction, what is it that you do to connect with your prospect? Do you want to know more about them? Do you Listen to what they are saying or are you waiting for a moment to jump in and start telling your story or give them useless information about your products or service?
This are not questions to be answered but questions to be pondered. Do you investigate the things that your prospects are looking for and want by starting a home based business? More importantly, do you know why they want it? Are you listening intently and taking notes about what your prospect is telling you. To become a network marketing home based business success you must listen more then you tell.
Do you know their why? Can you feed back to them things that they just told you? Do you use their first name in your sentences? Using your prospects name is a great connector and will anchor you story to them as well as draw them back into your conversation.
Be clear on your intentions as you contact your prospects. You want to create business partners not co-dependency. You need to make it clear that you will help them get started and teach them everything you can as long as they are willing to learn what it takes to become a network marketing success with your home based business.
You see People only care about themselves. What can I achieve, What can I gain, What can I become is all in the front of their mind. It has nothing to do with your company or products or service unless they see what is in it for them. It is your job, the profession that you choose in network marketing, to find out more about your prospects and show them what you are going to do for them.
If you do that often enough your enrollments will go up and so will your bank account. Don’t spend you valuable time giving people information overload on your company and the details of it. Connect with your prospects in such a way that they will follow you gracefully into the decision of becoming a part of your organization.
Not everyone is cut out to be in network marketing. Some people find that the pain of success is far too great then the pain of failure. You see everyone we know wants the path of least resistance. They all want to find the easy way to riches or to that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Unless you are a masochist, you will avoid the pain of rejection and never step out of your comfort zone.
However, when we do step out to the comfort zone, for the right reasons, the rewards can far exceed the pain of doing so. The best way to avoid the pain of rejection is to never have an objection. In the real world that would be wonderful but reality is that, most of us don’t listen enough to know what to say and avoid the pain of being rejected.
Most people in home based business fail and it is because they don’t embrace the hard work now for a lifetime of rewards later. They are passionate about their products and company but they have no understanding why others don’t feel the same. The key to network marketing home based business success is to find out all you can about your prospect. Who they are, what they do, what they want and why they want it.
Once you have done that you can expound the problem and feed it back to them so they know that you are not just pitching them but also actually listening to what they have to say. Then it wouldn’t matter what network marketing company you are with if they believe that you care about them and have a solution to aliments then they will jump in the boat with you and allow you to skipper the ship to their financial destination success.
