A Home Business Taking Orders from Infomercials

If you are in ITV Ventures™ and are promoting the opportunity or have the mentality that, all I have to do is pick up my phone and take an order then, you are missing the big picture.

The reason Donald Barrett is creating ITV Ventures™ is to get away from that type of mindset. He wants the distributors to succeed & will drive customers to them with his powerful 30-minute infomercials that are air all over the nation and soon all over the world.

However, if when you answer the phone, if you think that you are taking an order you are 100% mistaken. You have the opportunity to build trust with that customer and build the relationship with them which is more valuable then any order you could take.

ITV Ventures™ is changing the way MLM is done by driving customers to your home office with the remote agent program (HAP). Never before can business owners take live phone calls from television infomercials from people interested in the products advertised. That concept is new but relationship building is not.

If you have the mentality that you are just going to answer your phone and take an order from someone with his or her credit card out you need to change your mindset. Although that scenario happens often enough, we need to develop the relationship with the customer as well and keep them and their needs first.

Multi-level marketing is all about building relationships and it is no different with ITV Ventures™. Just because you have the ability to talk to live prospects that call you for more information or to purchase the products or even enroll in the opportunity, you should always keep in mind that the relationship is what you are seeking, not the credit card information.
