Hi all you team builders,

Tomorrow, I will be attending the wealth expo at the Jacob Javits center in NYC hosted by the learning annex. This is the second year in a row I will be attending and I am looking forward to meeting with all of my heroes and mentors I have grown to love over the years as well as some new people on the seen.

One of my favorite people is Tony Robins and having attended a seminar of his in the past and being a student of his personal power course, I can say that he is a great roll model for all. If you have never heard of him or read any of his material, I encourage you to do so.

Another well-known person I am looking forward to hearing speak is George Forman. We all know that George was the world’s heavy weight champion but most of us know him from his infomercial for his grill. I’m excited to hear from him and what his thoughts are about generating wealth and how his infomercial changed his image and of course his bank account.

Others who will be there are Alan Greenspan, Jack Canfield, Lisa Nichols and the Great Donald Trump. Donald has a new book called “Think Big and Kick Ass” a title of which I think is appropriate for your ITV Ventures™ home based business. Last Year Donald said a few things that I put into effect and the results have been amazing.

One thing Donald taught in his speech was “Find something you love to do and then find a way to get paid from that activity”. I put that into effect because I love to bring people up. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t agree with kissing ass to bring people up. I believe in educating and helping those who want it. The results of doing just that is what brings people up.

Donald also said something that I have known for a long time and that is to “NEVER GIVE UP”. For those of you who have known me for a long time, giving up is just not my style. Don’t take this the wrong way either but unless you have done everything and have tried every angle without any success, giving up is something that should be avoided at all costs. When I find there is no way to achieve what I want, I just find an alternate way of reaching that goal.

Each of you is in a unique position. You have everything you need to be what ever you want to be with this one opportunity that we all have been given. I’m not just talking about the ITV Ventures™ home based business opportunity; I’m talking about something much more valuable, Your Life. Don’t waste one minute of this precious gift we have all been given. We live in the best country in the world and at the greatest point of history known to humankind.

I know that at times, the world and the country has challenges but we should embrace them with an open mind and find ways to overcome them. For me, I work on things that I know I can improve on, things that I have control over such as my education and my attitude towards the choices I have made and the ones I will be making in the future. When people tell me that I have and attitude I agree. My attitude is positive.

I’m sure that when this weekend is over I will be pumped with new information to bring back to the team. I know I will be making some great contacts at the wealth expo and I’m sure I will be exposing our great business model to someone who will embrace the opportunity and reach the financial goals they have set.

All of you have the exact same opportunity to reach whatever financial goals you have set before you and for those of you that are doing what it takes to succeed……Kudos to you. For those of you who are waiting for something or don’t know what to do to get started, contact me. I am here for you. I have been where you are now and know the way. Let me point you in the right direction.

I will be posting again with details from the expo sometime next week. Until then make each minute count, work on your attitude and believe that each day we are able to breathe is a gift.

Hello all to the team builders,

I’m back in the US and looking forward to working with all of you as we grow this ITV
business. While I was on vacation I noticed the great work some of you have been
doing with sponsoring and working the home agent program and I want to congratulate
those of you who are taking this business seriously.

Within our Team Builder group, last month the top sponsor was Benjamin Salinas and
the highest home agent program volume producer was Brad and Katie Cohen. Keep up
the great work.

For those of you just getting started or need some help to get started you can contact
me anytime at my home, via email or my cell phone. I know how hard it may be at the
beginning just to start the momentum and I am always available to answer your questions
or help you with training because ITV is the only business I work and is my only source
of employment.

November and December are great months for sales. People are looking for gifts and the
Kevin Trudeau Books as well as the Naked Minerals Cosmetics are right up there with
top selling gifts. I encourage all of you to Tap into the ITV Leaders Team and learn how
we can promote these products for nothing.

Weight loss is also a big seller and the Wafer Thin product is one of the simplest weight
loss programs on the market. I say that from experience because I was actually one of
the test subjects for the product back in April and I lost 22lbs in two months using the
system combined with rice and shine.

We have some exciting products coming down the pike and if you haven’t planned your
trip to Scottsdale AZ Jan. 10-13 2008 for the event then I highly recommend doing so.
You will be able to meet with all the product creators, Donald Barrett and of course I’ll be
there as well so you can all see how good looking I am in person. For those of you that
enrolled with the 499 premiere package your event registration is waved so the only cost to
you would be travel, lodging and food.

All of you are members of the ITV Leaders Team. This Powerful mastermind of people are
what sets us apart from other groups in the ITV Ventures organization. I encourage all of
you to tap into the power of the team and participate in the trainings and tools that are
available 24hrs/7days a week.

By being a member of the Team Builders you have aligned yourself with not only one expert
in the field of Internet and multilevel marketing but with hundreds of leaders that have
chosen to join the ITV Leaders team. Don’t waste that talent and make sure you tap into it.

For those of you who have not sent me your picture for your web site please do so. There is
something about a website with a picture of a person that will resonate with potential prospects.

We are in this business together and each of you can count on me to be there during the
good and bad times of this journey. Let’s be realistic, ITV Ventures is at times a challenge.
All I can ask each of you to do is “Be Here Next Year” I know that all of you have heard me
say that before and Now more then ever I believe that it is true.

There are so many things that this company will be doing and growth is something that
will happen with or without ME or YOU. With that being said I want to grow with ITV and
with all of you so that in the next few years we will all be at the top of this giant known
as ITV Ventures.
